Shipping terms

Hey there! Pladinum ships for free with UPS to Spain and the Netherlands. Check out our delivery times:

  • Spain: 1-2 working days
  • Europe: 1-2 working days
  • World Zone 1: 3-4 working days
  • Rest of the world: 4-6 working days

Just a heads up, all our deliveries come with commercial invoices in Euro showing the item values and any discounts if they apply. We’ll send your goodies to the address you provide on your order form!

Delivery times

We ship out orders from Pladinum Spain on Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you place an order after 6 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend, we’ll take care of it the following Monday.

If the items are in stock, we’ll get your order out the next working day.

Just a heads up, during sales, shipping might take a little longer. Pladinum reserves the right to hold off on shipping if something unexpected pops up.

Dispatch tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s site so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

If there’s any holdup with Customs or dispatch, we’ll make sure you hear from the courier or us at Pladinum.

Orders delivery

When your goods arrive, it’s a good idea to check out the parcel before you sign for it. If you spot any damage to the package, feel free to refuse delivery or let them know it came damaged.

If the sealing tape looks off, it’s the same deal – just refuse it or mark it as damaged.

Now, if you accept the delivery without saying anything about damage, Pladinum can’t take any further complaints. By placing an order with Pladinum, you’re agreeing to take the goods as delivered.

If there’s an issue with delivery due to incorrect shipping info (like a wrong address or the recipient not being available) or if you just don’t want it for any other reason, keep in mind that any dispatch and customs fees will be on you.

We at Pladinum aren’t responsible for any delays caused by the courier or unexpected things like strikes, transport issues, or bad weather. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop!
