Anonymous payments

Cash

If you want to remain completely anonymous, we accept cash and crypto payments. Feel free to send us any amount. We offer different ways to pay with cash. To make it easier for us to process your payment quickly, please follow these instructions:

    • Don’t send coins, checks, money orders.
    • Don’t send parcels or boxes.
    • Don’t use too much tape to seal the envelope.
    • Don’t send registered mail address. Use your Token ID from the checkout page.
    • Don’t send large amounts of cash.

To send your cash payment, either print out or write down your order number and put it in an envelope with your cash payment (bills only – no coins). We accept various currencies, including

EUR, USD, GBP, SEK, DKK, NOK, CHF, CAD, AUD, and NZD.

Please note that we only accept € (Euro), $ (USD), and £ (Pound) currencies. When you click on “payment by cash,” you’ll be directed to a secure payment page. You have three options to pay by cash: cash on delivery, cash on pickup, or cash on check.

This payment system allows you to pay without using any middlemen or giving away any personal information. It also keeps your identity completely hidden and uses a decentralized setup, meaning it’s not controlled by any one person or group.

General payments

Prepaid account (not active yet)

The prepaid service lets you buy points that you can use to get Pladinum products. The points are stored in your account, and you can manage them through the interface.

Bank transfer (World)

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. When you choose to pay by credit/debit card, you’ll be taken to a secure payment page run by our partner. You can pay in two ways:

  1. by clicking the “payment by credit/debit card” option on your order,
  2. or by using the link and password provided to you if you want to activate creations or renewals quickly. The second option takes less than 15 minutes to complete.
Credit Card

You can pay for your order by bank transfer. When we receive your payment, we’ll check your order. After that, we’ll activate or get ready to provide the service you’ve ordered.

Make sure you put the order number in the “Description” section or we might have trouble figuring out who made the payment. This could delay getting your order ready. It usually takes up to 3 business days for us to see your payment.

iDeal (NL)

iDEAL lets people in the Netherlands pay for things online using their bank information. Many Dutch banks use this method, so it’s popular. To use iDEAL, people go to their bank’s website to confirm the payment and add extra security. Then, they get a message to say if the payment worked or not.

Bancontant (BE)

Bancontact is a payment method popular in Belgium. People can use a Bancontact card or mobile app connected to their bank account to pay online. These payments are safe, sure and confirmed straight away. To pay with Bancontact, people visit their website or app to give permission for the payment. After this, they will be directed back to the original website where they will see if the payment was successful or not.

Sofort (AU, BE, DE, IT, NL, ES)

Sofort is a payment method where customers confirm their payment with their bank’s website. It takes 2 to 14 days to find out if the payment worked. This method is only available for customers in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain.

Przelewy24 (PL)

Przelewy24 is a payment tool from Poland that helps people make online payments using bank transfers or other methods. About 30% of online transactions in Poland are done through bank transfers, and Przelewy24 lets people pay using over 165 different banks. When you use Przelewy24, you’re taken to their website to confirm your payment and you’ll find out immediately whether it was successful or not.

Alipay

Multibanco (PT)

During a payment, a “Source” is made. The customer can pay using Multibanco by being redirected to the Multibanco website, your website, or a Multibanco ATM. Once paid, the “Source” is used to charge the customer, and the payment is complete. Multibanco is a way to pay in one go, meaning the customer takes action to pay you. It can take a few minutes to a maximum of seven days for the customer to push the funds to you because it happens outside your store’s payment. Once the funds are received, they are available for you to charge right away. When the payment is charged, you will be immediately notified if it was successful or not.

PayPal

PayPal is a way for people to pay for things using their PayPal account. When they want to use it to pay on your website, they’ll be taken to the PayPal website to choose how they want to pay. They can use their PayPal balance, a linked card or bank account, or choose to pay later. Once they’ve made their selection, they’ll be asked to confirm the payment. If the payment is successful, they’ll be sent back to your website and you’ll get a notification. You can also set up automatic payments for your services using PayPal. Just log in and go to “Manager: Administration > Automatic renewal” and follow the instructions.

Giropay (DE)

Giropay is a way to pay online in Germany that uses your online banking. It takes money from your bank account. You might need to add an extra password or a PIN to pay, depending on your bank. Lots of people use Giropay – about 10% of German online payments. When you use Giropay, you leave the website you’re buying from and go to your bank’s website to pay. You find out straight away if your payment worked.
